Terms and Conditions for Installation Promotion 1. Promotion Overview This promotion offers 20% off installation purchased through JCADS Inc during the promotional period. The promotion is valid from 12/15/2024 to 12/21/2024, unless otherwise specified. 2. Eligibility This promotion is open to: Individuals who purchase Invisible speakers from JCADS Inc within the promotional period. Installations must be scheduled and completed within 7 days from the purchase date. The offer is available only to residents of New York, Connecticut 3. Promotion Details Discount/Offer: [ 20% off of installation. Installation: The discounted installation is available for 1 Television household. Additional charges may apply for extra components or complexity. Products Covered: This promotion applies only to Frame Tv Installation. Scheduling: Installation must be scheduled in advance and is subject to availability. The date and time for installation will be confirmed at the time of purchase. 4. Exclusions This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless expressly stated. Installation services do not include modifications, electrical work, or additional services not covered under standard installation. 5. Installation Process Installation is provided by JCADS's authorized technicians and includes basic setup and connection of the speakers. Any additional work required, such as custom wiring, furniture moving, or repairs, will be billed separately. Customer must ensure that the installation location is safe and accessible. JCADS is not responsible for any damage to the property caused during installation. 6. Cancellation and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation, please notify JCADS at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $125. 7. Liability JCADS is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the installation process, except for those caused directly by the company's own negligence. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is appropriate and free of hazards. 8. Promotion Limitation This offer is limited to the first 20 customers who purchase qualifying speakers during the promotion period, or while supplies last.
