Cancellation Policy

Our aim is to provide quality service efficiently. To ensure optimal utilization of available appointments, we have implemented the following appointment/cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To accommodate such changes, we offer a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to arrive within this grace period, we kindly request you to reschedule your appointment. 2. Rescheduling Fee: Please note that there is a rescheduling fee of $25: * After the 15-minute grace period, a rescheduling fee of $25 will be charged. * In the event of a rescheduling request made for any reason. This fee is non-refundable. 3. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your appointment, please call us promptly at 914-233-5691. If you reach our voice mail, kindly leave a detailed message including your phone number and the best time for us to return your call. 4. Early Cancellation: We appreciate early cancellations, as they allow us to offer the appointment slot to another individual in need of timely service. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. 5. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25, which is non-refundable. 6. Exemption from Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time will not incur a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. It enables us to provide efficient service to all our valued clients.
